Rayce is a native of Las Vegas practicing real estate since the summer of 2018, & has helped hundreds of clients (& their families) along the path to achieving their goals in real estate. Whether you are buying, selling, or renting property, he is ready & able to get the job done in a city that never sleeps.  Rayce is involved in various areas of the city's growth, allowing for an insightful edge he uses to the advantage of his clients. Rayce's upbringing was rooted in abundant diversity & immersive exposure to the many elements a global city has to offer. He graduated from Valley High School's International Baccalaureate Program, before acquiring a BS in Business Administration (Entrepreneurship), a BS in Kinesiology, & a Masters in Teaching from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Go Rebels! He dually functions as an 8th grade science teacher within the Clark County School District, & the Owner/Operator of Downtown YOGA & 'S A R A P !.  He enjoys playing multiple forms of athletics, is fluent in English, Spanish, & French, and has an affinity for world travel.
